Steele Justice gifted Kove one opportunity to show he can cut it as the good guy leading man for a change, and in some ways it's okay, but also it's not exactly top-tier stuff, either. When Vietnam soldier John Steele is betrayed by General Kwan, Kwan makes off with millions of dollars worth of gold supplied by the CIA to fund the war.

So Steele Justice kind of stinks. Predominantly a crap 1980s action film without enough extravagance to set itself apart. Has cameo from 80s obscurities such as Desert Rose Band and Astrid Plane (from Animotion!). But they are not terribly exciting.
