FlightNetwork Refund. Due to the pandemic, my flight with Norwegian Air was cancelled. In May 29 they said they would refund me. I never got anything. I thought it was just normal waiting because they must be flooded with refund. So today I called them and they said they already refunded me to a card that's not mine!

19 juin 2020 · A FlightNetwork representative told me I could get a complete refund and it would take 30 to 60 days. It’s been four months and I still have not received the refund. I have emailed FlightNetwork repeatedly, and they have apologized for the delay. But I still haven’t received a refund.
