This is a very bizarre late Pre-Code film with odd musical numbers full of suggestive dialogue. My favorite character is Mary Boland's island queen.

A couple of guys feel sorry for the young maiden, she has everything except cash, and decide to have Monte Carlo night and rigg the roulette wheel so that house is winner.
