25 sept. 2023 · Or of course delivered to the wrong house. They are refusing a refund on the 2nd order. We have spoken to the bank and they insist we must speak with Just Eat. We are going to pressure the bank and submit a chargeback (I hope). As far as I am concerned, we ordered a product and Just Eat have failed to supply the goods.

Anybody could use your address at any time. They could just pick it randomly. Unless you gave your age on the review nobody will know your age.

13 mars 2023 · Op’s post comes across to me as just wanting the refund for the rest of the food. Op just eat are terrible, I’ve had a lot of issues with them and have now closed my account, I can understand why you want a refund, but just eat really don’t care, and I don’t think you will get a refund, my advice would be to vote with your feet.
