Partner and romantic companion of William Holden (1972-1981). After his death, she founded the William Holden Wildlife Foundation. Powers continues as President of the foundation to the present day, with dual headquarters in California and Kenya, on the grounds of Holden's Mount Kenya Game Ranch.
