Paul Biya, né Paul Barthélemy Biya'a bi Mvondo le 13 février 1933 à Mvomeka'a (arrondissement de Meyomessala, département du Dja-et-Lobo, Cameroun), est un homme d'État camerounais. Il est président de la République depuis le 6 novembre 1982.
