Misael Pastrana, né le 14 novembre 1923 à Neiva et mort le 21 août 1997 à Bogota, est un avocat et homme d'État colombien, président de la République de 1970 à 1974. Il est le père d' Andrés Pastrana Arango qui fut aussi président de la République de 1998 à 2002.
