They implemented fixed rates from Paris to the airports, and Uber or other services will adjust their prices and you will usually pay more. The metro and RER are great, but otherwise Uber. No Lyft btw. I haven't had good experience with taxis.

You may find some activity around rue de Vaugirard, rue de la Convention but it's true that's it's not as crowded as the rest of Paris. 16th : Wealthy and posh.
