Le rap East Coast, ou hip-hop East Coast, est une mouvance du hip-hop américain ayant émergé à New York, sur la côte est des États-Unis. Bien qu'originaire du Bronx, les plus grandes et plus influentes figures du mouvement proviendront pour beaucoup du quartier de QueensBridge (souvent surnommé QB).
