To access your digital Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition Artbook, please install the game, then navigate to the game folder on your hardrive within which should be a folder titled “Artbook”.
By default, this is located at: C:\\\\Program Files (x86)\\\\Steam\\\\SteamApps\\\\common\\\\SleepingDogsDefinitiveEdition\\\\Artbook. If you chose to install in a different location, then the folder will exist in the location you chose.
