If you have the relevant Sky package that allows you to view Netflix via your Sky account on a second device then all you should need to do is to login to the Netflix app with your usual Sky ID and password. 6 févr. 2024 · Before I changed my billing from Netflix to Sky I was able to login to the Netflix app on the Sky Q box only thing that has changed is that I'm now billed via Sky and paying less. Like I said I don't always use the Netflix app on the Sky Q box but choose to be billed via Sky than directly by Netflix to watch the same content.

27 oct. 2023 · I have recently got Sky Stream along with Netflix. I don't have TV. I am watching Sky TV using SkyGo on mobile and laptops. When I am logging into Netflix with Sky ID, it's saying unknown user. How I can login to Netflix using Sky ID? Can someone please help.
11 nov. 2023 · When you registered with netflix (and your sky ID email), it should have asked you to create a new password. Netflix can't know what your sky password is and I'm 99% sure they don't handoff the login authentication to sky although that is technically possible. have you tried doing a password reset on the netflix website?
24 mai 2024 · Hi @mr+d+coomber. Open the Netflix App on your Q box and go to the left hand menu. Scroll down to the bottom and select Get help. On the next screen you will see the Email address associated with your Netflix Account. If you cannot remember the Password for your Netflix account see the following link.

I don't have a Netflix account so unsure how to log in. I'm sceptical of signing up on the Netflix website and giving over my billing details and being doubled charged.
18 juil. 2024 · Right, I couldn't do step 7. Signed in on laptop, signed out of all devices, restarted main Sky Q box and upstairs mini box that had failed, started Netflix on tv upstairs and was working again. Think as long as you sign out of all devices and restart your Sky Q boxes you should be good. Fingers crossed 🤞.
