I'm a bit miffed as my food arrived at 19:00 (was supposed to be delivered by 18:00 so and I ordered at 17:00, so 1 hr late). I spoke to just eat and they said if I want any goodwill gesture I've to take it up with the restaurants myself.

30 avr. 2024 · If that’s the case, Just Eat probably won’t be able to remove it themselves but you’d need to work with the review site to get it amended/removed. Anybody could use your address at any time. They could just pick it randomly. Unless you gave your age on the review nobody will know your age.

These shops come with a hefty cost of £2 for delivery. A bit pricey considering they do e.g. 20 deliveries in an hour, but hey, you can say it's alright. The guy confirmed my order as he handed it to me but when I got home, some of it was wrong. I didn't have the energy to go back and was too hungry so made do.
14 mars 2023 · Op’s post comes across to me as just wanting the refund for the rest of the food. Op just eat are terrible, I’ve had a lot of issues with them and have now closed my account, I can understand why you want a refund, but just eat really don’t care, and I don’t think you will get a refund, my advice would be to vote with your feet.
