Æthelred le Malavisé, ou Æthelred II (vers 966 / 968 – 23 avril 1016), est roi d'Angleterre de 978 à sa mort, avec une interruption de quelques mois entre la fin de 1013 et le début de 1014. Fils du roi Edgar, Æthelred monte sur le trône après l'assassinat de son frère aîné Édouard.
