Patsy O'Hara (Irish: Peatsaí Ó hEadhra; 11 July 1957 – 21 May 1981) was an Irish republican hunger striker and member of the Irish National Liberation Army (INLA). O'Hara was one of 22 Irish republicans (in the 20th century) who died on hunger-strike .
Patsy O'Hara was a Derryman who joined the IRA and the hunger strike in the H-Blocks in 1981. He was the leader of the INLA prisoners and died on May 21st, 1981.
