Hernán Larraín Fernández ( Santiago, 21 de septiembre de 1947) 3 es un abogado, docente universitario y político chileno de tendencia conservadora. Entre marzo de 2018 y marzo de 2022, se desempeñó como ministro de Justicia y Derechos Humanos de su país, bajo el segundo gobierno del presidente Sebastián Piñera.
Hernán Larraín Fernández (born September 21, 1947) is a conservative Chilean lawyer, university lecturer, and politician; he served as the Chilean Minister of Justice and Human rights, appointed by president Sebastián Piñera, between 2018 and 2022.
Characterized by his intellectual sharpness and a deeply humanist training, Hernán Larraín set the German notion of “depth psychology” ( Tiefenpsychologie) at the center of the school’s curriculum, a notion that includes, yet precedes and exceeds, psychoanalysis (Cohl & Cornejo, 2018 ).
