Ernst Friedrich Christoph Sauckel, né le 27 octobre 1894 à Haßfurt et condamné à mort et exécuté le 16 octobre 1946 à Nuremberg, est un homme politique allemand, responsable nazi. Surnommé le « négrier de l'Europe », il a organisé les déportations de travailleurs des pays occupés vers l'Allemagne.

Ernst Friedrich Christoph "Fritz" Sauckel (27 October 1894 – 16 October 1946) was a German Nazi politician, Gauleiter of Gau Thuringia from 1927 and the General Plenipotentiary for Labour Deployment (Arbeitseinsatz) from March 1942 until the end of the Second World War.

From 1942 to 1945 during World War II, Sauckel was chief commissioner for the utilization of manpower and met Hitler’s request for greater industrial production by rounding up slave labourers for use in Germany’s factories.
Fritz Sauckel (1894–1946) was Plenipotentiary General for the Deployment of Labor. Sauckel was responsible for providing forced laborers to meet Germany's increasing war production needs. Under his authority, the Germans deported millions of forced laborers from the occupied territories to Germany.
