Liborio Salvatore “Barney” Bellomo (born January 8, 1957) is an American mobster and boss of the Genovese crime family of New York City. Bellomo was a member of the 116th Street Crew of Saverio "Sammy Black" Santora.

Liborio "Barney" Bellomo took over the crew in the early 1980s, operating in Harlem and the Bronx. In the early 1990s, Bellomo was promoted to street boss for imprisoned boss Vincent "The Chin" Gigante. On July 27, 1992, former capo Anthony Salerno died in prison.

Liborio "Barney" Bellomo is a New York mobster who rose to become the acting boss of the Genovese crime family in the early 1990s. He was hand-picked by Vincent "The Chin" Gigante, the family's longtime boss, to be his successor.
In January 2002, Muscarella serving as acting boss of the family was indicted, along with capo Charles Tuzzo, members Liborio Bellomo, Thomas Cafaro, Pasquale Falcetti, Michael Ragusa and associate Andrew Gigante, for the infiltration of the International Longshoreman's Association.
