Carmine Galante alias « Lilo » ou « Cigare », car il est rarement vu sans un cigare aux lèvres, né le 21 février 1910 à Harlem (New York), et mort le 12 juillet 1979 est un mafieux américain. Il était le parrain de la famille Bonanno. Il fut d'abord le consigliere (conseiller) de Joseph Bonanno jusqu'en 1964.

Galante was rarely seen without a cigar hanging from his mouth, leading to the nickname " The Cigar " and " Lilo " (a Sicilian term for cigar).
