Hans von Blixen-Flicken, né le 20 juin 1916 à Linköping et mort le 16 février 2005 à Penzance (Royaume-Uni), est un cavalier suédois de concours complet. Il est le fils du cavalier du même nom et le neveu par alliance de Karen Blixen .
Baron Hans Gustaf von Blixen-Finecke (25 July 1886 – 26 September 1917) was a Swedish officer and equestrian who won a bronze medal in dressage at the 1912 Summer Olympics. He died in an aeroplane crash in 1917.

Hans von Blixen-Finecke came from a famous family of equestrians and adventurers. His father was a romantic figure: cavalry officer, steeplechase and flat-race jockey and Olympic competitor – winning the Dressage Bronze Medal in the 1912 Olympics.

His father, a Swedish cavalry officer, an aviator and a famous horseman, had won the bronze medal in Dressage at the 1912 Olympic Games.
