Akiba Rubinstein (né le 12 décembre [1] ou le 12 octobre [2] 1882 à Stawiski, Pologne, dans l'Empire russe ; mort le 15 mars 1961 à Anvers, Belgique) est un joueur d'échecs polonais. Trois fois champion de Russie (en 1907-1908, 1909 et 1912), il était un maître réputé au début du XX e siècle.
Akiba Rubinstein was a Polish chess player who was one of the greatest never to become World Chess Champion. He won several tournaments in the early 20th century, but his later career was affected by mental illness and World War I.
