Shamari DeVoe (née Fears; born February 22, 1980) is an American singer. She is best known as the lead singer of the early 2000s pop/R&B girl group Blaque. DeVoe portrayed Lava in the comedy film Bring It On (2000).

Shamari DeVoe (née Fears) is an American singer-songwriter, dancer, and actress. Known simply by the mononym ‘Shamari’, she was the lead singer of the girl R&B and pop group Blaque. A Detroit native, she grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and harboured a deep interest in music from her childhood.
