  7. 18 juin 2022 · I.M. Terrell High School was the only public school in Fort Worth that enrolled Black students. Black students across Fort Worth and Tarrant County attended the campus. The high school closed in 1973, and was later reopened as the I.M. Terrell Academy for STEM and Visual Performing Arts . Forest Hill Mayor Clara Faulkner graduated in 1961.
