New York City Early Education Centers (NYCEECs) are independent, community-based organizations that partner with the NYC Department of Education to provide free, full-day, high quality early childhood education.
We provide high-quality early childhood care and education to children from birth to five years old and beyond. Through Pre-K for All, 3-K for All, and EarlyLearn we provide high-quality early childhood education opportunities that offer all children and families a strong start in school and life.
Through our Pre-K for All, 3-K for All, and EarlyLearn programs, the Division of Early Childhood Education (DECE) is committed to providing high-quality early childhood care and education that gives all children a strong start in school and life.
ECEC is open to any child, from age three to age five, with a disability. All of our programs are available at no charge to families. Self-Contained and Integrated Classrooms. The Center operates in Albany, Schenectady, and Troy.
