X-Yachts who made history - X-102. Tuesday 2nd November 2021. In 1981, the second X-Yachts model was launched and it was a true racer. The X-102 was designed for IOR’s ¾ Ton upper rating limit of 24.55 ft. In 1981 the X-102 hull no. 7, “Soldier Blue” won the ¾ Ton World Championship in Helsinki.
The X-102 was winner of the International 3/4 ton cup in 1981 and 1982. (Predecessor to the equally successful X-3/4 TON) A racer/cruiser version was called the X-103.

1 oct. 2021 · 2021 marks the 40 years anniversary of the X-102 which started to see light in 1981. The boat introduced a revolutionary design with a combined cruse racer for a a crew of 6, and quickly gained success on the race track as well a good tour boat for the family.
