Luo Yixiu (chinois traditionnel: 羅一秀; chinois simplifié: 罗一秀; pinyin: Luó Yīxiù; 20 octobre 1889-11 février 1910) a été la première épouse de Mao Zedong de 1907 à sa mort en 1910. Elle était, comme son époux, originaire de la ville de Shaoshan, dans la province du Hunan en Chine.
