Playground Psychotics is a two-CD live album by Frank Zappa and the Mothers of Invention. It was originally released in 1992 through his mail order label, Barking Pumpkin, and was re-released in 1995 through Rykodisc.
On 6 June 1971, John & Yoko performed at a Frank Zappa and the Mother of Invention’s concert at the Fillmore East, N.Y.C. A different mix of this recording was also released on the Live Jam disc on Some Time In New York City .

Zappa was critical of Lennon and Ono's handling of the recordings of the Mothers performance, eventually releasing his own version of the performance on Playground Psychotics (1992). 9 août 2010 · The Fillmore East encore was also released by Zappa on a 1992 compilation, Playground Psychotics, with a new mix. Curiously, ‘Jamrag’ was split into two songs, titled ‘Say Please’ and ‘Aaawk’, with no mention of ‘King Kong’.
