20 juil. 2018 · As Toby has already explained, "this March" refers to March of the current year. If it is July now, you could say "I'll turn 20 this November". But as the March of the current year is now in the past, you can't use "this March" with a future meaning. In that situation, you would have to say "I'll turn 20 next March".

But we would say moins chers "bon marché" is not common but "technical" French. I'd rather say that meilleur marché is slightly more formal than moins cher, which is standard.

Others see it and think they can be businesslike and modern too if they write that way. It's still wrong, though it's distressingly common.

10 févr. 2012 · Hello, It's easy to find dates written using cardinal numbers (e.g. on 6 March), however all grammar books emphasize the idea of writing dates with ordinal numbers (e.g. on 6th March, on the 6th of March)... So are dates written with cardinal numbers incorrect? Thanks in advance.
1 juin 2014 · Banned. I think it's an adverb issue, but I'm not a grammarian. "last March" tells when, in the past, and modifies went (to go, in the infinitive). "in" makes it into a prepositional phrase (in last March), and apart from that, it doesn't work with the past when you are talking about remembering something. I fear I've made it more confusing.
