Growth in dairy trade between 2017 and 2022 has not been linear. During this period a range of global events occurred that had an impact on the shape and size of dairy trade flows. The expansion of global dairy trade took place against a backdrop of a rewiring of globalization.
Despite many challenges to production due to the COVID-19 health crisis, world milk output rose in 2020, driven by increases in nearly all major regions. International trade in milk products also increased, driven by increased imports by a few countries in Asia and the Middle East.
9 déc. 2021 · En Nouvelle-Zélande, l'indice Global Dairy Trade poursuit sa hausse avec + 1,4 % au 7 décembre 2021. Il s'agit de la 8ième hausse consécutive depuis le mois d'août. La production était en baisse de 3,3% en octobre (le mois du pic de collecte) par rapport à la précédente campagne.
