Fan Bingbing (Chinese: 范冰冰, born 16 September 1981) is a Chinese actress. After gaining recognition for the costume drama My Fair Princess (1998–1999), Fan's breakthrough came with Feng Xiaogang's blockbuster film Cell Phone (2003), which won her the Hundred Flowers Award for Best Actress.
