Then select from the pulldown menu that is right below the tab select "Date" and then "Custom". In the blank provided below that selection type in the format that you want the date to be displayed like.
28 sept. 2019 · This action wizard allows you to grab frombthe Document Properties whatever it is you want to stamp. In order to get the original date that your document (s) were created you need to go to File----Document Properties----Additional Metadata. 21 nov. 2019 · In that case, there is no editable text for the signature. So, if you actually use your real signature, as I do, there seems to be no way to add a signature date to this form at all. The fact that this is still an issue, several years later, tells me the IRS doesn't much care about fixing this either. 2 Upvotes.
18 août 2018 · Yes, this is possible, although the exact date and time will be synced across all images. Go to Tools > Create Metadata Template... Check "Date Time Original" and change the date.
