24 mars 2020 · Hello, I just received an email from Aldi telling me I have reached the next stage of the recruitment process which is a video interview. The email says I also have to research information on Aldi as they will they ask questions on the business model and work culture. Does anyone know what kinda questions they’re gonna ask me?
I know this was 2 years ago now but I’ve just had an assessment with Aldi and was searching to see what it entailed so thought I’d reply so other people can see it. I went into a local store (not the one I was applying for) and met with the area manager.
I applied for a job yesterday at Aldi and today received an email from them saying: Thank you for your completing your online application form. We have reviewed the details and will contact you as soon as we have a role that suits the requirements you have stated within your form.
27 juin 2020 · I haven't been interviewed by Aldi so I can't give any specific advice, just general but it should be helpful nonetheless. Prep some of your answers. Do your research about the history of Aldi, their values etc. Know your strengths and weaknesses, think of examples for when you've worked in a team or overcome a problem as these are common ...
I recently applied for a stock assistant job at aldi, and I've had an email inviting me to an individual assessment but been given no information other than the fact that it will last 15 minutes?
30 nov. 2019 · So I’ve got invited to an Aldi group assessment, I’ve done abit of research on it already but want to hear it from someone who has experienced it themselves. So I’ve read that I have to do a presentation about myself, WORSE THING THEY COULD POSSIBLY ASK ME TO DO, but I’ll do it and just wondering if there is anything I should include in that to make me stand out?
I had an interview at aldi once. Not a telephone interview-but a face to face one. And it was at some recruitment day. From the experience i had-you basically get asked about yourself, what you are doing (in terms of studying, employment etc), any experience you have of working in a team etc, what would you do if you had a difficult customer.

20 nov. 2023 · We started by giving a brief introduction what we studied, what we do for work etc. and what our favourite aldi product was. The answers were pretty basic like the flatbreads, perfume, super six etc. We were then given around 10 minutes to prepare a 3 minute presentation on our store walk. We were given the topic on the day. I got marketing and PR.
