Presented by Parry Sound’s Festival of the Sound, clarinetist James Campbell and the Gryphon Trio perform Olivier Messiaen’s stunning Quartet for the End of Time. Composed while Messiaen was a prisoner of war in Stalag VIII, the premiere took place in a cold barracks in January 1941.
