26 juin 2020 · Lost had six seasons and 121 episodes. The Leftovers had 3 seasons and 28 episodes. Watchmen was one season with 9 episodes. He has also written and produced some films. Lost is easily the biggest part of his portfolio and he co-created and then wrote it for its entire run. I'm not sure why this is confusing to you.

I feel Watchmen was excellent when dealing with about half of its new characters, but for all of the old ones, he conflated subversion with deconstruction. None of the original characters felt at all remotely connected to where we left them, and in the end, to me, it just felt like fan-fiction.
22 mai 2018 · Lindelof is trying to ensure that the broadest possible audience is able to connect with his work. As for politics, as others pointed out, Watchmen is an inherently political story and an adaptation/exploration of that world that didn't acknowledge the politics would feel very false.

Abrams, sure. But Lindelof has at the very least tried to expand the ip in the case of Watchmen. He gets blamed for Prometheus when he was just the last name on a list of six.
