15 juin 2024 · Hannibal TV is the first private television channel to have obtained an authorisation from the Tunisian authorities, under Ben Ali. It was launched in 2005 by businessman Larbi Nasra. In 2013, Mr. Nasra and his family sell most of their parts to Saudi and Tunisian businessmen.
