À mon avis on préfère associer soit de (ou du) avec à (ou au), soit depuis avec jusqu'à et non les mélanger. Donc la 1 et la 4 ne sont pas mauvaises, ce sont les autres qui sont préférables.

The list of train times on the wall, showing all departures throughout the day, every day, is a "timetable". I've never seen "train schedule" used in BE.
