Speak to the airline and referred back to Flightnetwork. Revolving door conversation with no progress. Escalated chargeback to CC company, flight network then claimed they were not progressing a refund and it wasn't their liability just the airlines. 9 months on and no sign of the £2400 refund I am owed.
I've actually just had great success with Flight Network. I'm very skeptical of using 3rd party sites such as Kayak and Skyscanner for bookings and usually advise otherwise, only using them for comparison. If there is little or no different In price book with the airline, booking with a third party can open up a whole can of worms and can cost you dearly if the littlest thing goes wrong.
