23 nov. 2021 · Bonjour, je rencontre exactement le même problème avec LastMinute. Après un vol annulé en février 2020 et un avoir qui devait être remboursé automatiquement, on m'informe au printemps 2021 que le remboursement doit être finalement demandé et LastMinute reste impossible à joindre (22 appels passés sans réponse à l'été 2021 + des mails restés sans réponse).
9 déc. 2017 · Lastminute a réussi 2 jours avant départ de me proposer une voiture 20€ plus cher, me demandant d'accepter l'offre par mail, ce que j'ai fait, mais je n'ai reçu ni confirmation ni changement effectué, j'ai donc loué une autre voiture sur booking. J'ai donc réussi à partir malgré une [message modéré]
23 mai 2017 · Je veux vous faire part des soucis rencontrés avec lastminute.com, site pas sérieux et incorrect envers leurs clients. Les faits: J'ai pris 2 billets d'avions AVEC assurance voyage (Europe Assistance) comprise sur leur site internet, 2 mois avant le départ une grave maladie avec opération chirurgicale et hospitaisation pour ma femme nous obligent à annuler ce voyage.
20 oct. 2016 · lastminute.com ma compagne et moi même en prenons connaissance et tous deux comprenons que nous auront 69,80 € de frais .... c'est là que commence le vrai soucie, sur la compréhension ... je renvoi donc un courriel pour valider "confirmation d'annulation".

My 18 yr old daughter had booked eurostar and hotel in Paris and lastminute have sent through all the booking info with instructions to enter PRN code and surname into Eurostar to access tickets. It wants me to add a travel extra pack which discounts the holiday. It appears there is no cost, but I am worried I am signing up to some sort of contract with future payments.
20 juil. 2020 · Lastminute.com. Pietro11 Posts: 6 Forumite. 20 July 2020 at 2:40PM. We booked hotel accommodation only in Turkey with lastminute.com but could not go as Turkey closed its borders due to Covid 19 and flights were cancelled. Lastminute.com are not responding but just keep delaying.

I used to have lastminute.com shares.. normal Posts: 472Forumite. 6 May 2006 at 9:52AM in Savings & investments. .... and I've now found out they were bought out by Travelocity last year. A friend also had shares and told me his shares were automatically bought out and he recieved a cheque late last summer.

Credit note for the full amount £2600 + £200 gift card, valid for 12 months, ABTA protected and if I've not used it by 01/01/21 I can ask for a cash settlement of the £2600 Voucher for £2600 valid for 12 months, not sure of the advantage of this ...
