   Dec 2021 -- booked my complex, complete itinerary cost approx £1.5k. May 2022 -- one of the 6 flights (3 each way) was cancelled. June 2022 -- successive contact form submissions yield no response until it does. Customer Services cancelled the entire itinerary, 3 weeks from departure, with ZERO authorisation to do this.
