Bad customer service and long waiting time. Bad customer service, they keep you on hold for more then an hour for no reason and after they place you on hold, they hang up the call. This is really unprofessional. They are super rude with customers. Me and my husband both had same experiance. I am never going to purchase ticket from cheapoair.
