Badly drawn boy returns to soundtracks - this time for a tv film "the fattest man in britain". It certainly doesnt rival his earlier,excellent soundtrack to "about a boy" and their is nothing to suggest that this isnt an artist in decline from his earlier triumphs . However the title track, "ill carry on" and "welcome me to your world" show that he can still write nice melodies
