13 sept. 2022 · they accidentally put morbius's box office. Morbius made so much money, Box Office Mojo had to distribute its revenue among several different film entries to prevent the site from crashing. Which coined the phrase “Morbin’ the box office”. Numbers are still too low though.
Posts about daily box office updates for movies grossing below ~$500K will be allowed up to ~2 weeks of the movie's release date in the domestic market. Exceptions will be made for certain milestones (e.g. passing $100M). Weekend posts will be allowed, even if a movie doesn't meet the ~$500K threshold for its weekend gross.
According to Box Office Mojo, the live-action film has already grossed $2.4 million. Remembering that the film is only available in the following countries. 13 nov. 2022 · Everyone loves The Numbers, but I’ve found BOM to be much better at updating numbers for smaller movies. The Numbers often doesn’t add numbers for the last week or two of smaller releases. I use Numbers for advanced analysis while BOM just to check if the figure is accurate enough.
14 juil. 2023 · Fly High Box Office Mojo 🕊️🕊️. August 7, 1998 - October 23, 2019. The Numbers is what I use now, and I really like how they post the numbers as soon as they get them. Outside of Universal releases they still have the most up to date international numbers but aside from that, yeah TheNumbers is superior.
18 juil. 2022 · Since then, I never even check Box Office Mojo. I think most people are aware of both though lmao. Like someone else said, The Numbers is better for in-depth analysis. BOM also had weird glitches like for Thor L&T right now, but The Numbers sometimes never update the later numbers.

The site "The Numbers" has been displaying box office data for as long as I can remember, and I paid it a visit after boxofficemojo gutted their site. I compared everything to Box Office Mojo and updated with either the number that included foreign gross or the higher number. This raised a few movies up much higher, including Cocktail, Born on the Fourth of July, Far and Away ...
