  2. 15 oct. 2020 · The Trainline have done nothing wrong, and didn't impose the rules; so they're entitled to be paid for the work they did and admin in refunding the ticket etc. It's likely the train operator will also charge them for the refund itself, so not fair they're out of pocket.

  4. 26 févr. 2012 · I ordered some tickets from trainline. I found they were the wrong ones and not an open return. I rang to exchange and pay the difference and they wouldn't do it. I had to return and they deducted £10 off the refund price. They also charge booking fees.

  8. 31 août 2022 · I booked 2 journeys through Trainline both of which were disrupted by delay or lack of seating, in 1 case by 10.5 hours, and in both cases Trainline has said it is not responsible and referred me to the train operator. In both cases again the train operators have referred me back to Trainline. Catch 22!

  9. 13 juil. 2024 · Bought 3 Year Senior Railcard from Trainline in June 2023, through MSE offer and it vanished from the Trainline App by December 23. 7 months since first comlaining, Trainline can still not make my Railcard available for use through the App and refuse any refund.     27 juin 2023 · To my horror I have been charged twice on the Trainline after I tried booking an off peak return that should have cost £91.80. But the page timed out and I had to start again. The timeout happens a lot because I am dyslexic and can;t rush but I have never been charged twice before.
