If there was a live broadcast listed, I would go to the page for that show, view source, find the link for the 128kbps MP3 of the full show, and download it. (If it was a rebroadcast, there was no link to click on.) So each year's folder does not include re-broadcasts - only the live shows that aired that year. I haven't counted the total number of files yet, but it's a little over 31GB total.

Dec 2005. Try AviDemux. Filter your videos to have properties similar to that sample. ~320x240, 23.976 fps, mjpeg, ADPCM audio.
