In other contexts, "creep" could also be an a**hole who has no regard for others or someone who "brown noses" the boss in order to gain special priviledges. Y.

Creep means to move stealthily (especially to avoid being noticed) or to behave obsequiously. If it's intended to mean something similar to crawl, then I would imagine it to be more like sliding along on your belly. S.

Off the top of my head, may be native speakers will add to that: creep: walk very guietly, slowly. crawl: move on your stomach or on your hands and knees. drag: move something that is on the ground by pulling on it; also figurative for doing something slowly or being tired, e.g. "I'm draging this morning=I'm tired this morning".
