My Fair Lady is a musical with a book and lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner and music by Frederick Loewe. The story, based on the 1938 film adaptation of George Bernard Shaw 's 1913 play Pygmalion, concerns Eliza Doolittle, a Cockney flower girl who takes speech lessons from professor Henry Higgins, a phonetician, so that she may pass as a lady.
Je me suis fait un peu plus rare ces derniers temps, en effet quelques changements dans ma "fairy vie" ont fait que j'ai eu un peu moins de temps à me consacrer à ce blog..... moins de bijoux, moins de couture (bon, mais là, je n'y suis pour rien , ma "singer" attend sa révision je ne sais pas encore si elle va passer son contrôle technique !) plus de cuisine et de pâtisserie et de temps ...
One of Audrey's most radiant roles was in the fine production of My Fair Lady (1964). After a couple of other movies, most notably Two for the Road (1967) , she hit pay dirt and another nomination in Wait Until Dark (1967) .
