15 mai 2024 · The ETUC is the voice of workers and represents 45 million members from 93 trade union organisations in 41 European countries, plus 10 European Trade Union Federations.
The European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) is the major trade union organisation representing workers at the European level. In its role as a European social partner, the ETUC works both in a consulting role with the European Commission and negotiates agreements and work programmes with European employers .

La Confédération européenne des syndicats ou CES (en anglais : European Trade Union Confederation ou ETUC) regroupe la plupart des organisations syndicales européennes. Elle représente les intérêts des travailleurs auprès des institutions de l'Union européenne.
ETUC is the largest pan-European trade union organisation, representing 93 national confederations and 10 European federations. It defends workers' rights and interests at European level through social dialogue, policy advocacy, interest groups and research.
26 mai 2023 · The ETUC Congress will take place in Berlin from 23 to 26 May 2023 to discuss the trade union demands and priorities for a Fair Deal for Workers. It will also celebrate 50 years of the ETUC and elect the new leadership team.
The ETUC was set up in 1973 when it became clear that unions in Europe needed a democratic structure to enable them to express a united position on behalf of workers. It now comprises 89 national trade union confederations in 39 countries, plus 10 European trade union federations.
