Slave to the Rhythm is a concept album by Grace Jones, produced by Trevor Horn, with eight variations of a single base track. The album features readings of Jungle Fever, interviews with Jones, and guest appearances by David Gilmour and Ian McShane.
After a three-year hiatus in which she transformed herself into a Hollywood star, Grace Jones returned to the studio and created 1985’s Slave to the Rhythm, which turned out to be both her most ambitious and most popular album.
