   You can't have booked direct on Easyjet website, so presumably you booked via a third party and didn't notice that luggage had automatically been added? Easyjet do not refund baggage fees. If it was a third party you booked through you could try that third party but I suspect it was clear it had been added but you missed it.

   • I also called easyJet Customer Service to remove hold luggage booked in error. They removed the bag from the booking and processed a refund
