Craiova ( /kraˈjova/ Écouter, écrit auparavant Kpaioвa en caractères slavons) est une ville de Roumanie et le chef-lieu du județ de Dolj. Elle est située près de la rive gauche du Jiu, en Olténie centrale, à mi-chemin entre les Carpates méridionales et le Danube et à 184 km à l'ouest de Bucarest.
