Cabaret Voltaire est un groupe de musique industrielle britannique originaire de Sheffield, Yorkshire, en Angleterre. Outre l'industriel, le groupe s'est démarqué également dans d'autres genres musicaux, notamment l'électrofunk, la techno et l'IDM. Il fut actif entre 1974 et 1994, puis entre 2014 et 2021.

Le Cabaret Voltaire est un lieu de culture situé au numéro un de la Spiegelgasse, à Zurich, la rue où demeura Lénine. Actif pendant six mois, de février à juillet 1916, il finit par fermer ses portes pour tapage nocturne et tapage moral, non sans avoir dans l'intervalle fait émerger le mouvement Dada .
Cabaret Voltaire were an English music group formed in Sheffield in 1973 and initially composed of Stephen Mallinder, Richard H. Kirk, and Chris Watson. Named for the Zürich nightclub that fostered the early Dada movement, the band are often characterized as among the most innovative and influential electronic acts of their era.
